Using mice from four different commercial suppliers they find that the gut 6 Piece Reclining Sectional mycobiome is shaped by diet, and that abundance and composition correlate with key metabolic features.In particular they find that Thermomyces and Saccharomyces species most strongly associate with weight gain.
